Pain Neuroscience Education

Nobody can deny what you are going through. Your pain is very real. You are hurting.

Hurt is bad. Hurt is not necessarily harmful.

Pain is not a measure of health. It is a protector.

Learning about the how and why of pain helps you to

  • decreases your fear of moving or exercising, which will in turn decrease your pain

  • decreases your fear of the pain and and it’s effect on your life

  • better cope with daily activities that were limited by the fear of pain before
