All answers are correct, despite what the questionnaire says. The total possible score does not matter. Just keep a note of your own score. For eg, if you got 42/660, ignore 215, and just note 42. Answer honestly, and answer only one choice per question section. In this questionnaire, 57-72 indicates medium risk and >72 indicates high risk of delayed recovery.
