Exercises

  1. To be done for at least 6 weeks (with graded exposure and graded activity), unless pain worsening.


  2. To be done at least 3 /week, or more (daily) if you can tolerate it. If you are not able to tolerate  3/ week, start at 1/ week, doing the exercise very slowly, and work your way up
