Finally, at the end of every month, re-measure your disability caused by pain. Aim for 10% improvement. It wont always go down, and that’s ok. Flares can be common and hopefully you will be able to reduce your fear of flares. But over time, if you keep on being active, exercise, and not let pain control your life, you will have accomplished your goal.
