Chronic Back Pain- Exercise 1 Dead Bug Progressions

Watch how these exercises are done with correct form, and practice if you can. All videos are under 20 or 30 sec.

Beginner Dead Bug with foot slide:

Dead bug with single leg extension. Make sure you do both sides:

Dead Bug with arm and leg extension. Make sure you do both sides:

Dead bug March (single leg alternating bent knee):

Dead Bug with knees raised- alternate arms:

Dead Bug with alternate leg extension:

Dead Bug with bent knee:

Full Dead Bug:

Full Dead bug is performed with the feet off the floor. Start the exercise with the hips and knees in a bent position and with arms raised to the ceiling. Brace abdominal muscles keeping spine anchored to the floor in neutral spine position. Extend the opposite arm and leg in an alternating and controlled fashion.
