Injections for Chronic Back Pain
to be done only in association with exercise therapy, with or without additional behavior therapy
Epidural Injections- only if leg pain/numbness
Facet Joint / Sacroiliac Joint Injections - only if back pain with no (or treated) leg pain/numbness
Trigger Injections- back pain with certain tender areas in the back
Rarely, Sympathetic Blocks
